I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received during my recent visit to Herb Chambers Chevrolet on [05-30-2026 At 09:00Am]. I had scheduled an oil change appointment for 9 AM, which was confirmed a few days prior. Upon my arrival, I was informed by Service Advisor Mike Anagnos that he could not find my appointment. After showing him my confirmation, he then stated that the wait for my oil change would be approximately three hours. This is far longer than the standard wait time, which I understand to be no more than one hour to one and a half hours. When I expressed my concern about the long wait, Mr. Anagnos rudely inquired whether I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I was taken aback, as it is my understanding that Chevrolet policy allows customers to service their vehicles at any authorized dealership. He further claimed that this dealership was not a Chevy dealer, despite the prominent Chevrolet signage displayed outside. In response to my dissatisfaction, Mr. Anagnos suggested that I could take my car and leave if I did not want to wait. This dismissive attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, leaving me feeling like my time and concerns were not valued. Due to this experience, I chose to leave without having my oil change completed and feel that my time was wasted. I believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

I recently purchased a 2026 Suburban from Herb Chambers Chevrolet and had a 5 star experience across the board. Joe B in sales was approachable, not sales-y at all and truly just wanted to help my wife and I. The general manager Bobby briefly got involved to help ensure we felt good about the numbers and gave us supreme confidence we were making a good decision. And then Adi in finance went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly the right add-ons/warranties that make sense for us. Grateful to this team and recommend them with supreme confidence.
