Worst experience of my existence. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this mechanic. My car was in their shop for close to two months, which is completely unacceptable for the type of work being done. Communication was poor throughout the entire process--I had to constantly follow up for updates, and even then, I rarely received clear or consistent information. There was no sense of urgency, transparency, or accountability. A repair that should have taken days stretched into weeks with little explanation. Being without my vehicle for that long caused a major disruption to my daily life, and I did not feel like my time or situation was respected at all. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer care made this experience far worse than it needed to be. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for timely or reliable service. I kept being told that they were dealing with turnover issues. No my problem. PS..tried charging $522 for extra diagnosis on my car when they had it for over a month, close to two months. DO BETTER.

Yesterday I finalized my purchase of a new truck. Extremely happy with my experience with HC. The salesman Jake was great, as was his manager Brandon and the finance guy Lap was awesome to work with. I traded in my 2018 Ram 1500, that I bought from them 8 years ago. The whole process was very smooth for me. They were honest and upfront about everything. Gave me a very fair trade in value considering it's condition and the high mileage on it, and the price of the truck I purchased was a great deal. I loved how I was shown all the information regarding their pricing, and didn't feel like I needed the try to haggle over price because I could see the good deal I was getting. I'm very happy all around and would highly recommend considering this dealership if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

Service department 1/5. Service manger Jamie Devasto is rude and not willing to help customers if their “appointment system is down”. Finally got an appointment booked 10 days out for my oil change. My appointment was for 8 am, oil change tire rotation and new wipers took 3 hours. Got here at 8am and left at 11am. They also don’t give you any service reports on the status of your vehicle inspection? So no updates on the status of my vehicle or any parts. My oil light wasn’t reset and the next oil change linkage was calculated incorrectly. $277 dollars later. Front desk worker is very kind though, 10/10 star review for her.

The sales staff, especially Pierre, were exceptional. Jourdan works well with him and you can tell they are a great team. The finance process was flawless! The car is amazing! Can’t say enough great things, definitely not the dealership experience I was used to. I recommend stopping in for a great buying experience! Thanks Guys and Girls!

The team at Herb Chambers in Millbury did it again!! I am forever grateful for there help on my new to me mom-mobile. Danny (Daniel Bourget) was an excellent salesman. He did an amazing job. I can’t forget to mention Anthony Rossetti he always goes above and beyond for us. With 1 phone in the morning and 1 quick visit in the afternoon we left with our new vehicle!!
