I had a wonderful experience at this Honda of Seekonk dealership. I had a wonderful sales agent Timothy Kane. He made sure I was informed through the entire process and was very calm ensuring I understood everything. I received a lovely email thanking me after I left. He made sure all the paperwork was done correctly so I would not have to travel from New York to Massachusetts. I regret that I upset so many interested in this beautiful Designo Diamond White Metallic Mercedes Benz E 450 coupe. I appreciate and recommend the kind clear service I received at this dealer.

Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk has always been my go to dealership. I received a call from Sam asking me if I would like to turn my car lease in early. I was a little hesitant but Sam listened to all of my concerns and requests. He was able to get the car that I wanted and in the color that I wanted. Sam was so sweet and patient and never rushed me or pressured me in any way and right after a snow storm no less. He literally had to clean off every car I asked to look at. He is so kind and always makes me feel like I am a part of his family. He truly went above and beyond and had wheel locks put on the car at my request even when I had already left the dealership. He always provides superb customer service and fulfills all of my requests each time and that's why I keep coming back. I absolutely have Honda dealerships closer to my home but Sam and all of the Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk staff is the reason I continue to go back there for service and all of my car needs. Sam and team go out of their way to make me feel like their #1 customer every time. I would be beyond grateful if you could please give Sam some recognition for this review. He is a gem, one of a kind and truly deserves it. He is also one of the hardest working people I know. Thank you Sam and Herb Chambers Seekonk for the amazing experience. You are the best!!!

I don’t often write reviews, but I just have to share how amazing the team at Herb Chambers Seekonk is! A big thank you to Bill, the finance guy, and Domenika, the salesperson, for helping my wife and I drive away in two brand new vehicles. They truly went above and beyond to assist us, and they were never pushy about upsells. Even though our credit wasn’t the best, this incredible team worked hard to get us a fantastic deal when other dealers wouldn’t even consider us. We’re so grateful to have met them and for their wonderful support. What a fantastic team!

I purchased a vehicle with Siddiq, and he made the entire process simple and straightforward. He was extremely helpful throughout the purchase. Unfortunately, about a week later I had to return because I started experiencing some issues with the vehicle. By that time I was already past the 5-day return window, so technically they didn’t have any obligation to help me. When I brought the car back, the service department replaced one of the rotors, but the noise continued. The service manager mentioned that I would need to purchase new tires. I was honestly a bit frustrated because I had just spent nearly $20,000 on the vehicle. While I understand the car had higher mileage (around 120k miles), it still felt unreasonable to have to replace the tires immediately after buying it. That’s when the Sales Manager, J. Albuquerque, stepped in. He listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and worked with me to find a fair solution. I really appreciated the way he handled the situation. The fact that they took care of me when they technically didn’t have to says a lot about their organization. Having people like Mr. Albuquerque in leadership speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.

Had an absolutely great experience here! Lindsey and Siddiq were both incredibly friendly and highly professional. The pricing was completely transparent, no hidden fees, Unlike the other dealerships, there was no BS at all. Communication was fast from start to deal done via email&phone. We made the drive all the way from Connecticut just to make the deal with them. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy a car.
