Purchasing a vehicle out of state — as I did — can naturally feel stressful and uncertain, but from the very beginning everything was transparent, straightforward, and clearly explained. All pricing and paperwork were handled professionally, which made the process smooth and reassuring. One thing I also appreciated was that they offer airport pickup services for out-of-state buyers, which I thought was a great added touch, even though I personally didn’t use it. Overall, the process was easy, professional, and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Herb Jones Chevrolet GMC to anyone looking for a trustworthy and smooth car-buying experience.

Working with Stacie and her staff, as well as Katie in Parts, has honestly been the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had! I have always been apprehensive about the idea of purchasing a car “online,” without actually seeing the car and meeting the sales people, in-person, but working with Stacie completely dissolved any of my predisposed nervousness about the process. Stacie is clearly a “car gal” herself, and sent me great personal photos and videos of the car that made feel like I was right there in the showroom looking at the car myself. She also went WAAAY over and above by coordinating with my PPF company in Bowling Green for having the car ready for them to load on their trailer, including putting my insurance card in the car for me, and personally securing all of my sales paperwork for me for when I can come and retrieve them in person. She also coordinated with Katie in Parts to order addition option items that I desired for the car. I feel like I not only found the car of my dreams, but also found a wonderful new friend in Stacie, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and effort she puts forth. If only every car purchase experience could be like this!

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy 1500 RST and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My sales representative, Stacy, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She walked me through all the features, answered every question honestly, and never made me feel pressured to make a quick decision, which made the entire process easy and stress free.
