I called Nick at 2 PM on a Saturday after an incredibly frustrating day at two other dealerships. I asked about a specific car, as well as specific questions. Nick not only answered every question but he sent a video AND checked in on us on the way. We were 2 hours away and he stayed late to get the paperwork processed!
