This place was great. All the people that work here are super friendly. They are not pushy and very informative. Also they have great prices. I got my new Explorer from here, which I am in love with, at a great deal. No one pressured me, no one tried to sell me something I didn't want. I am not one to leave a review about a dealership because usually it is a nightmare, but truly not here. I would come here for years to purchase my future cars.

We love the Heritage family. We have now bought 4 vehicles from Heritage. Michael was great to work with and we love the new facility. It’s not very often you have a TEAM of salesmen who want to know about you and your family needs. I generally do not like salesmen, but I love this team and Michael is great. 5 STARS all the way!

I inquired about a used vehicle Heritage CDJR had for sale late one night - The very next morning I had a call from Kiley in sales who answered every question I had and even sent walk around videos and extra pictures to me directly. I decided I wanted the vehicle, and with a small deposit it was held for me and one of the easiest automotive purchase transactions I've ever been a part of was set in motion. Even though I was not a local buyer, everything was completed in a hassle free and timely manner. When Kiley learned I would be flying in for the vehicle and driving it back home, he responded with "let me know when you'll be flying in and ill pick you up from the airport". The airport was an hour away from the dealership and they still offered to provide transportation (with no asking on my part). Nice. I arrived at the dealership around 11 and was out the door by noon. I was offered extended warranties and other services but was never pressured, "no thank you" was always taken as an answer and that was that. The dealership has very reasonable processing/doc fees - there's nothing I cant stand more than upwards of a grand going towards BS, but you wont find any of that here. The dealership is very clean and any staff I encountered was friendly. I was sent on my way with a beverage of my choice and Kiley even got me a treat from Crumbl Cookies for my journey home. Kiley texted me throughout my trip home to ensure it was going as smooth as possible and even a week+ later wished me a Merry Christmas etc. If this is how they treat a first time customer that lives well on the other side of the country, I'd bet money that this is how they treat everyone. What a refreshing car buying experience - I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again if they happen to have the next vehicle I'm looking to purchase.

Sales experience was good getting the rep to help with after the sale stuff like the temp tag or any concerns with the car there was no follow up unless I called again. Was told and reassured multiple times before I went in that the car was in great condition mind you its a 2023 with just over 5,000 miles on it. it had a previous minor accident on the car fax report involving the rear right end and the front left which were concerning and I told the rep i probably wasnt going to buy it based off the carfax report. But he told me the paint and all cosmetic stuff was perfect and that heritage had done all the maintenance on the vehicle so they could assure me it was done correctly. I asked about their famous 360 check and certified pre owned checks they do as well before I bought the car. Go see the car only thing I found was a small scratch which was no big deal. HOWEVER, in the first month and a half owning the car it was at their shop for 2 full weeks. The rear view mirror dimmer didnt work, the rain sensing wipers didnt work, the window whistles but they said thats just how the car is and won't replace the seal, thats under warranty. THE SWAY BAR WASNT EVEN ATTACHED ON ONE SIDE. They said they replaced it and there was still a rattling sound so I take it back to find out THERE WERE LOOSE BOLTS ON THE SWAY BAR they just replaced so that was frustrating. THEN, pumping gas i look at the spoiler and from that angle can see its not attached on the rear right side (imagine that) after being reassuring and promised up and down there were no issues with this car especially cosmetic issues, cause that was a main concern of mine, to then see that was pretty frustrating. I have them look at it and they quote me 1,100 to fix it. Based off the promises and reassurances to get me to buy the car you'd think there wouldnt be so many obvious issues right off the bat, or at least more help and less hoops when getting them fixed at reasonable cost points since it shouldn't have been sold on empty promises in the first place. Talk to the sales manager and the solution is to see if someone else can fix it cheaper... lovely.

Brigham city Heritage Chrysler Dodge has been wonderful to us! My Jeep had transmission problems and we took it to Cedar city because that's where my car broke down. They didn't look at my car for over three weeks! My husband called heritage in Brigham city and they said if we could get our car To them, they would have it fixed in a couple of days which they did! They were so much help and I was able to get my car back finally! Rhea and Mick in the service department were very helpful! Thank you, Heritage!
