Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Parkville

I’m going to begin with my phone call on 4/28/26 to Heritage to inquire about a 2025 GC on their website. Jeremy answered the phone, sweet as pie, and professional. I asked him to give me an out-the-door price (thanks to following accounts on Instagram!) on the GC. I had it within 10 minutes! No games, no hidden fees or dealer add on fees. Jeremy had one mission, to get me the best deal and in the truck at the speed of light. I agreed to the price but being in NY and incentives expiring 4/30/26 I had to move fast. I had no way of getting to the dealership to sign the documents by the end of the month, so what does Jeremy do? HE HAS AN EMPLOYEE FROM THE DEALERSHIP DELIVER THE TRUCK TO ME IN NY FROM MARYLAND THE NEXT DAY! I met with Jahmaine in Queens (who also had Noah follow him to drive him back to Maryland) who brought all of the dealer paperwork I needed to sign, and handed me the keys. They were both so sweet and I felt they were happy to go on this little road trip!! This was the BEST car buying experience I ever had!! As a woman I was always intimidated by the whole process, but Jeremy, Jeny (and Erin…shout out to the whole team!!!) made it so smooth and comfortable and it restored my faith in car buying. In just over 29 hours, from start to finish, I was able to have my Grand Cherokee in my driveway! Thank you to Jeremy and Heritage for an experience I will never forget. I’m so happy I could cry!

Dean Fawzy was a fantastic sales person! We felt like Dean was truly advocating for us the entire time, from going the extra mile in selecting the right vehicle to helping us get the best possible deal. This has to be the best buying experience we've had at any dealership, ever! Most of the time, once you buy the car, that's the end of it, but not here. Dean followed up to make sure we had everything we needed and we were 100% happy.

Colin Winterstein is a shining star. Let me start there. The man is one of the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I actually thought he was the manager, how careful, knowledgeable and detailed he was with me. I had to go to the bank to get the check, to pay cash for the vehicle. M&T bank didn’t want to give a black girl like me 28,000 cash😂, but Colin was there with me and he waited damn near an hour for them to finally give me my own money. Colin and I left the bank and I was so apologetic and he was so cool and worry-free. No agitations what so ever. What I like is the fact that if he didn’t know, he attempted to educate himself on the spot, about the vehicle. Usually, when I would go to the finance part of the sale, I would be wrapping up and waiting for the to attempt to upsale car warranties etc. The salesman would be on to the next one. But. It Colin, he stayed there and waited with me. I wish I could remember the manager that was training him, he was the Wizard😄, you know, the master per se. Car Guru!!! The finance lady was dope! She was so relatable and knowledgeable. She knew her stuff, you could tell she was the glue that brought it all together, very impressed. Congratulations on having those 3 individuals on your team!

I have had quite the experience with this dealership. Both good and bad but mainly good. Rick the service manager has been the best. From being Communicative, Honest, Letting me know what was going on with my Yukon. Time frame frames of when the part (Transmission) was gonna be in and an eta of when it will be fixed. Thank you again Rick. I can only give this dealership three stars, because the fact that I went through being broken down on the side of the road three times. I appreciate them fixing it and that’s why I’m giving Rick all the praise. And also Rick’s boss, the service Director.
