I traded in my Nissan Rogue for a 2025 Ford Explorer ST and honestly had such a great experience. Rafi was amazing to work with. He is super knowledgeable, professional, and really easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured at any point, which I really appreciated. Chloe in finance was just as great. Picked up my new truck and had a good initial experience. I had my one year old daughter so we made the visit and pick up as quick as possible. Needless to say I didnt inspect the vehicle upon delivery. The next day I noticed a dent on the passenger rocker. I then sent the photo to the sales person I dealt with. He previously sent pictures of the truck when they received it and in the pictures you can see the dent. That being said it clearly went through pdi and was missed on the inspection. He reached out to have it fixed which was great. I dropped the truck off to service as instructed and no one there was informed or had information about this arrangement. When they took it in I wasn't given any detail of how long it would take just that they would call me when its done. A couple days go by and I get a call saying its back and ready to be picked up. Upon receiving the vehicle back I did an inspection of the work to find my vehicle dirtier inside then when I gave it to them. There was dust from the body shop all through the front of the vehicle, kick marks on the door panel and mud inside. When looking at the repair job, the dent was still visible on the top of the rocker. It had paint runs, dirt under the paint, and putting on the side of the rocker. I took pictures of the repair and condition of the vehicle and sent it to my sales person as he asked to be updated on the situation. Its been a week and I havent heard anything back. This is the fourth vehicle we bought in the span of 3 years from this dealership. I must say im very disappointed in the service and how it was handled and would not and will not recommend or deal with this dealership again. Twice on the same vehicle no inspection was done or done poorly. No communication after the fact. I am a ford partner and have been building ford vehicles for 9 years and this condition of vehicle would never make it to the customer like this.
