Amazing experience from start to finish! I walked in without an appointment and was welcomed by Sales Consultant Nick Browne, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, transparent and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. At no point did I feel pressured. Nick was never pushy and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit. His insight and understanding of their inventory really made a difference. I also want to recognize Wyatt Imhoff from the Finance team, who made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. He was extremely detailed and patient, which I really appreciated. Together, Nick and Wyatt made this a truly positive car-buying experience. I would highly recommend working with them!

Last year I bought the 2025 Honda Pilot from Heritage Honda Westminster with the help from Stuart (Sales) and Robert (General Manager). I had a great experience, gave referrals, and decided to come back again this year for the 2026 Honda Ridgeline. Again, the team did not disappoint! Ken (Finance) also decided to join the party this time and we negotiated an extended warranty I was happy to purchase… with no pressure tactics on his part. I love working with these professionals and will be back again soon for my son’s first Honda! At this point, maybe Robert should let me hang a picture or do some commercials for them. 😆. Found my first car here, A 2021 Honda Pilot. Scott helped us look through the list of Honda at the dealership and even showed us all the buttons and fetures before we drove off the lot. Loves telling stories and is able to to relate well with his customers it seems, Plus the snacks helped too. Overall Great and would come here again.

My son was getting his first car (in his name). As a mom, I was concerned that dealerships would take advantage of his youthfulness and inexperience. I contacted this store by phone to try and get a good deal for him as I am out of state. Richard was my first point of contact, giving me some general information about the 2026 Honda Civic bade LX. He promised that he or his manager would follow up with specific details for the total price of the vehicle. True to his word, the store manager, Robert Lee, called me and gave me a competitive offer for the vehicle. Robert is personable, he listened, and understood my concerns as a parent. He provided exceptional service to my son. Ultimately, giving him a deal for the 2026 civic that was lower than pricing from competitors. Heritage's offer for the new civic turned out to be lower than that of the 2025 USED vehicle at similar dealers. Robert, thank you for your outstanding service, you were honest, trustworthy, and treated my son as if he were your own!
