I made a purchase back in feb 2026 not even two weeks I called abt the engine light popping on was told it was because of the gas,. Mind you this wasn’t mentioned before purchasing,.he was giving me the run around until I just popped up for him to check the truck,. He got the machine still didn’t show me anything said he turned the light off,. Still all under warranty,. Fast forward I go get my truck checked the left motor mount is messed up called told him at this time warranty expired 3 months or 3,000 miles call to ask him did he know all he said was we sold the truck as is ,. Understandable bt when I asked was there anything wrong with it you said there was no issues got everything recorded btw now just last week it rained hard come out to get in my truck the floors a wet soaked in water asked did they redo the windshield or something it took him 4 days to respond back to me and I had to call him for that !!! Don’t make a purchase without your mechanic present!!! Thomas is not a great salesman he’s a liar.

Never met Mr Thomas but I have been dealing with him threw the clarksdale office i give him a five star

I will give it one start because it won't let me share my review if I don't. I bought a car here in June 1 not even 2 weeks later I had it in the shop with a bad transmission, and is still in the shop up until today. I didn't even drove it 600 miles and here I am paying my car quote and insurance for a car that I haven't even use. Mr. Thomas said that the warranty we had buy was a bumper to bumper, but it wasn't so they gave us a use transmission with only 1200 of guaranty. And Mr. Thomas won't even answer my calls or text.

I only gave them one star because there wasn’t an option for zero!! DO NOT waste your money buying a car from these people! I bought a car maybe 6 months ago from Heritage Motors & I haven’t stopped replacing parts yet.. I wouldn’t recommend these people to a junk yard unless they were donating their cars to the junkyard!!!!
