Really nice staff. Friendly and welcoming. I won some stuff off an auction is the reason I was there. I can't say anything about the realty side of it. Nonetheless, good folks with good attitudes.

I don't do auctions really - just started last year with Heritage and I've always had excellent customer service from these folks. They allow you time to come and view what they will auction and then everything has been online of late - they provide good descriptions and photos in case you don't get down there to look at the items prior to the start of the online process. Payment is easy as well as pick up, flawless. I appreciate their great customer service! All of the employees I've encountered have been super nice and very helpful!

I've attended several onsite auctions here and found them to be professionally ran. David, Greg and the crew keep it upbeat and do a great job. I've purchased a shotgun at a fair price, sold a boat at a low price which I expected, but later sold a boat for more than I expected, so it worked out. Great place to attend an auction!

The auction was okay. I did experience bidding on an item and it showing me immediately that I was outbid. I'm assuming someone has a holding bid or something that you have to exceed. Not a friendly feature. Also, I would rather see all items end for bid at the same time. It's very disappointing to think you have won the bid on something because the cutoff for bidding has past, to find out that you lost the bid to someone who bid a couple of hours after the designated cutoff time.
