I had been considering a new Toyota 4Runner for a while and was definitely torn between options, but Alex helped guide me toward the best decision for both our current lifestyle and our future family plans without ever making me feel pressured. The staff overall were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and genuine. Picked up a new 2026 RAV4 yesterday which I didn’t expect can be done the same day as most are preordered, but glad that they made it work. Grace made sure entire process goes smoothly and all my concerns are addressed. Car was at another dealership so it took a while to get it but I appreciate that Erika and Grace helped expedite the paperwork once the car arrived. This dealership is not the one closest to my home but happy that I chose them.

This was the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. The team sent me everything I’d planned to ask for via email and unprompted. I had an out the door quote from them without having brought it up yet while I was getting rude texts from another dealership who wouldn’t even tell me if they had the color I wanted in stock.
