I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville. After a service appointment, I discovered significant damage to the front passenger-side bumper of my vehicle that was not present when I dropped it off. I immediately contacted the dealership and requested that they review their photos, notes, and security footage to determine what happened. Over the course of nearly four months, I sent multiple emails to Samantha Hollenbaug and Scott Feinstein seeking updates and a resolution. In my communications, I was told the matter would be reviewed, including dealership photos and camera footage. However, despite several follow-up attempts, I received little to no meaningful communication regarding the status of my claim. It has now been 8 months (damage done in November 2025) As a loyal Volkswagen customer since 2015 and someone who has trusted Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville with my vehicle for years, this lack of responsiveness has been extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but customers deserve timely communication, transparency, and accountability when concerns are raised. What has been most frustrating is not only the unresolved damage but the repeated lack of follow-up after multiple requests for updates. I simply wanted clarity about what happened to my vehicle and a reasonable path toward resolution. I hope Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville Management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves its communication when issues arise.
