Our experiences with Herndon Chevrolet is a 10/10. My husband and I purchased a brand new Malibu in 2007. In 2018 we purchased another brand new Malibu, we also purchased a new used 2014 Nissan Altma the same day. So I am here to say that after a few days of SUV shopping and wasn't satisfied we finally said lets go back to Herndon Chevrolet. My husband by himself was greeted by Fernando as he shopped. Later my husband and came back together. Fernando greeted us. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful. What I appreciated the most was his patience and no-pressure approach. I can’t thank Fernando Pena at Herndon Chevrolet enough for helping me when I needed it most. I was in a tough spot with my previous car, 'Bertha' (the grey Hyundai on the left)—a vehicle I loved because she rode so smooth, but she had become a constant source of stress. Between a cracked radiator, a coolant leak, and a major dent in the front that prevented even accessing the radiator for repairs, I was looking at spending thousands more on a car I had already paid off and poured money into. I didn't want car payments again, but I also couldn't keep living at the car shop. Fernando understood exactly how urgent my situation was. He didn't pressure me, he listened, and most importantly, he got me into my new ride fast (the white SUV on the right!).
