These guys saved my family a lot of trouble today! The family van began running rough and check engine light came on while traveling on the interstate. So this family of 7 drives into Herpilsheimer’s unannounced to see if they can help. We went in with low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised! First, the friendliest dog greeted us at the door! When you have 5 young kids that have been strapped in car seats for an hour, a friendly dog makes life much better! The friendly staff got right to work. They gave me an accurate estimate of a timeframe and cost to get me fixed up. The replacement injector was brought in from York. Professional service and communication was great! Our family got to check out the Nebraska National Guard Museum, had lunch at the Cafe on the Square, and spent some time in the very nice local library. Loved the detour to this great town and dealership!

I stopped in because I had a broken shock. Brian, in service said I would be fine to drive the 5.5 hrs back to Minnesota if I was careful. 4 hrs from home, while taking an exit to get gas, I lost my entire right front wheel. He was a very nice guy and I figured he knew what he was talking about.

Do NOT EVER take your vehicle here. Completely untrustworthy and dishonest shop. Took it there for an A/C issue. They had the vehicle all day long, didn’t get a call for an update all day. I called two hours before they closed and was told it would cost a certain amount. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and it was DOUBLE the price. I was not called to give permission to do anything to the vehicle. When I got the keys they indicated that the A/C was still not working. Took the vehicle for them to baby sit at the shop and was DOUBLE what I was told after NOT giving permission to work on my vehicle. Please seek service elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with this headache. When I called to discuss the bill, I was given no respect and absolutely no ability to work with customers. I was told they could suck the fluids out of my vehicle even though my vehicle was not empty when I brought it in. The customer service is horrendous and other prominent business owners in town no longer take their vehicles there either! There are many more trustworthy shops in the Seward and Milford area.

Had done business with them for years, but no more. They wouldn't contact warranty company for issue with my vehicle; all I got was "I'll check into it & let you know".. Almost 2 weeks later, took my vehicle to different dealership. They diagnosed issue in 2 hours, contacted warranty company, found issue/repairs will be covered & ordered part. This long time customer will NOT be back. *** We miss you, Curtis!!***

I've purchased several vehicles here. Excellent small town experience. Downside is you don't have all the financing options of the "big city" dealerships or the selection. But Chip was an excellent salesmen and always got what I felt like was a good deal on my vehicle and the right value for my trade.
