I got a Chevy cobalt from them 3 years ago. For $6000. To found out 2 years later it had electrical issues that I have had to put 3 fuel pumps in and still isn't working. Thanks Herrington. I have no car. No money. 👍 It will come back around.

I had a great all-around experience with them. Their customer service was excellent—they really took great care of me. Communication was top-notch; they always returned my calls promptly and assured me that everything would be taken care of. They even provided me with a rental car while my vehicle was being serviced, which made things so much easier. Truly great people! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a vehicle.

We purchased our sons car from Herrinton, before we even purchased it there was a noise in the motor a rod or something, The owner put it in the shop and had it fixed BEFORE we even signed papers. A few months into owning it, it was making a new noise and the AC did not work. I called and took it down, they got it in the same day and 4 hours later it is done and the kiddo is back on the road. This Is under the warranty and had no issues. They also rotated and balanced the tires. I have no complaints so far. This is an older vehicle with 64G miles on it and they are keeping it tip top for us. Great Company!

This is the BEST auto repair place in the KC area. They have affordable prices, they never try to swindle me or upsell me, and they've repaired several things on my car for free. We've gone to them for several years, and I wish we would have discovered them sooner. One time, they called to tell us they overcharged us by $10, and to "Pop in anytime and we'll refund you." And they did!
