Herrnstein Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

Buyer beware. Bought a 2020 Jeep. First time driving it, ABS light, Parksense light, traction stability lights all came on and won't go off. They told me to pound salt. Avoid this dealer at all cost. They sell used junk and don't stand behind it. They will leave you high and dry after you spend your hard earned money. Don't fall for the family dealer atmosphere. They are far from it.

Took my challenger there for a problem I caused with the transmission. It wouldn't shift to park. Drove it there and dropped it off memorial day. Didn't hear anything about it until I called that Friday to find out that because I didn't make an appointment they would have to work it into the schedule. Fair enough. A couple weeks go by, get a text saying it won't start. I tell them how to move my speaker box to get to the manual trunk release and to put a battery in it. A couple more weeks go by, I get another text saying it either needs a valve body or a whole transmission. I authorize the valve body. Couple more weeks. They say it shifts again but still won't go to park. Weird, I think. It shifted fine when I drove it there. The recommend a shifter assembly. I authorize it. A couple more weeks and another text saying my car is done. After 9 weeks I finally get my car back. Not one phone call to discuss anything with me except when I called to check on it. I drive the car for 2 months wondering why it shifts weird, thinking it just needs to relearn or something. I got the car in the air today to find out that one of the pan bolts is missing and it is dangerously low on transmission fluid. No signs of a leak, just underfilled. I spent $4600 dollars for them to actually set me up to destroy a transmission. I will never go back to Herrnstein again. For anything.

I live in Springfield and I was treated so bad by Jeff Wyler that I decided to take a chance and call Herrnstein that was the best decision I ever made. Kat and Her sale manger was able to get me my dream truck 2024 Ram 2500. Kat is hands down amazing. I want to thank Kat and her sale manger and the finance manger they all 3 was amazing. Herrnstein will be the only place I will buy my vehicle from now on. You guys definitely are amazing thank you so much

I cannot be grateful enough, I went looking for a specific hard to find truck and wanted a specific lender. Just when I thought it may be out of reach for me, they made it work. Chris and the manager there got me exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond!
