The staff are very helpful, and will do what they can to help you. We came from Antigonish, where we're getting no satisfaction from Ron MacGillivrays, where they refused to do work that was actually covered under warranty. That is when we went to Herron, and the work I needed done was covered. Just took my truck in to have work done, and they even got a rig for us to drive until the part came in. Elisa has been super helpful and kind. Great customer service

Gordon at Herron, as well as his entire team, are miracle workers. Last year when we first came here, Gordon got us an incredible deal on a 2017 Cadillac XT5. When we wanted to trade it in for a more fuel-efficient car this year, Gordon got us a 2025 Chevrolet Trax 1RS, which we absolutely adore. This is by far the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. This place always makes us feel so well taken care of. We will continue to come back here for years to come!

I am new to the area and had some really bad experiences with the service departments in my previous province…I was dreading having a recall fix, software update and regular maintenance done on my car but bit the bullet and stopped in at Herron. Eliza was amazing, she listened and documented my concerns and actually listened!!!! I was in with my car today and she and the crew not only completed all that I needed to have done but were able to come up with a resolve for an ongoing issue I was having that the other province service people couldn’t be bothered with. I am so impressed with the attitudes and work ethic of everyone I’ve encountered here and would highly recommend 💕 so happy to have a service department now that actually completes service!!!!
