I visited this dealership hoping for a straightforward buying process, but it ended up being quite a headache. There was a lot of back and forth that felt unnecessary, and I felt like I was being pressured into making a decision before I was ready. The staff seemed preoccupied, and the whole experience left me feeling more stressed out than excited about a new vehicle.

Called the service department for a price comparison on front end alignment with tire mount and balance. I made an appointment and then when I got there, I was informed that they would not honor the quoted price. I spoke to the manager who asked what he could do to make me happy. I said honor the price quoted. He wouldn't. So much for making customers happy. He just lost a customer.

I gave Hertrich 5 stars, which is something I never do. All I can say is that my family and I had a great experience. It's actually Kaleb that I gave 5 stars to. He was awesome. He made our car buying experience a pleasurable one. We had chosen 3 different cars we were interested in, but had to wait for them to be brought to us from another car lot. While we were waiting, Kaleb asked us if we might be interested in a nice, clean and affordable car they had sitting, that had been traded in recently. Keeping an open mind, we said sure, why not. We took it for a drive and when we returned we said, "we'll take it". We actually liked it better than the 3 others. If you are in the market for a new, or used, car, and don't like dealing with "car salesman", you really need to go to Hertrich in Seaford and ask for Kaleb. You won't be disappointed.

Recently purchased a 2022 gmc sierra 1500 limited at Hertrich Buick/GMC seaford, and thought a dealership would be the best place to buy, NOT! Tire had a slow leak, as it had to be aired up to test drive, engine air filter was at 0% life, I pulled it ,never changed and oil life was never reset, but sticker indicated oil was changed. The mirror folding function ,driver side is intermediate. Took the truck back ,within two weeks, to have these problems addressed. The person calling himself a used car sales manager, would not approve the $20 air filter, and also wanted to charge me $42.50 for the tire patch. Also the service writer said the mirror was not constant, and would have to charge me. Got the sales person involved, as he knew about the leaking tire and he ended up paying for the patch. Used car sales manager wouldn't even turn around and address me at the end of the counter. I have a retired used car manager in the family, and this person has no integrity, sell sell sell, screw what's right. LOST MY BUSINESS ,both in sales and service!!

I truly enjoyed my sales experience with Hertrich, At no time did they pressure me to purchase a vehicle. My sales person Maria Celayos Was a true professional she went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasurable one. I will continue to come back to her and will highly recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from her and Hertrich.
