Hertrich Toyota of Milford

A couple of years ago, we experienced such a positive family feeling at Hertrich Auto Repair in Seaford (and subsequently at Hertrich Collision Center of Lewes), that we wanted to make sure to look at Hertrich Dealerships near us when shopping for a car. We've been leasing Rav4s since 2008 in the NYC metropolitan area, so when we moved down to Delaware we wanted to find a local dealership with a service center attached, and Hertrich has one in Milford. We found a certified model we wanted to look at, and my initial email of inquiry was answered immediately by Cindy, their Customer Service Representative, who introduced me to Morgan Angell, a product specialist, in her email. By the time I had written them both back, Morgan had written directly back to me. What's so special to me about that is, 1) I asked not to be contacted by phone, and they respected that request. Their responsiveness was outstanding; and 2) a lot of times down here in the Slower Lower of Delaware, when you contact service vendors, they often never get back to you. Morgan went out of his way to have the car we were looking at in Dover transported down to Milford for us. We had an appointment the next day, were welcomed on time, and Mike Stames, a member of Morgan's team, helped us out with looking over the car. The car was exactly as-is from the website description. The car was in sterling condition, our time with Sara' Sam, the Business Manager, was so easy, and the atmosphere in the showroom was calm and warm. We can't recommend this dealership more highly. It's so nice to know that no matter where we've been, the Hertrich family is caring and kind.

Morgan definitely hit it out the ball park for me. Everything that I wanted in a truck he was able to pick it out for me and then we settled on a 2023 chevy Colorado. He did everything he could to get me in my dream truck and successfully did so. He wasn't pushy or try to pawn me off on a different salesman or completely ghost me like the salesmen at ford. Thank you Morgan, you deserve a raise and promotion for a stellar job as a salesman and a caring person.

Best car buying experience… EVER! I can’t begin to thank the team at Hertrich Toyota enough for the incredible service I received this week. 2019… My last car buying experience in Virginia was a nightmare… HOURS waiting for the finance department… haggling on the final car price… feeling like they undervalued my trade in vehicle and that I wasn’t getting the best price. Yuck. 🤢 Flash forward to my experience with the team at Hertrich Toyota… I was not expecting to be in the market for a new vehicle but after my minivan was totaled the “GREAT deal” found online caught my eye. So I loaded up the kids in our rental car and drove from VA on my day off … Michael Stames was so accommodating. Even when I had to adjust my appointment time by several hours and showed up with my two young kiddos 😜 … not what this mama had planned but Michael and Laura in finance had everything laid out and ready to go for us. The process was so streamlined… no long wait times… no pressure to buy things we didn’t need… no rushing through the financial process. They were patient… explained everything and didn’t mind repeating any info I may have missed during the car buying process. Michael did everything he could ahead of time… had the vehicle ready to view and truly made the whole process enjoyable (as it should be!!!!) Such a super supportive and accommodating car buying experience. They even made returning my rental car a total breeze. Not to mention the Toyota financing beat out not only the lowest rates offered online but even my credit unions’ rate… such a huge savings!!! Mom test driven and definitely kid-approved new car 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I can’t imagine going anywhere else to buy a vehicle… even if it means a road trip to Delaware to visit this amazing crew each time; talk about a dream team. My family and I are so incredibly grateful. PS Did I mention we made it from Delaware… through Maryland… DC… a stop over at the grandparents and finally home to the Richmond VA area … and STILL have half a tank of gas thanks to this amazing new hybrid!? 🙏🏻♥️
