Jonathan made the whole process so easy! He communicated well through text messages (my preference) and we got everything done in a week. I live ~90 miles away so going back and forth wasn’t an option. I was able to go up midday after work, sign all the paper work and go home- I think I was only there for maybe 45 minutes. I got a great deal too and am just thrilled. Thanks for a great hassle-free experience!

I recently bought my second vehicle (Kia Sportage) from Hertz. I was able to work with Shandra Martin again. She sold me my Toyota Corolla almost exactly 10 years ago. I appreciate her approach of kindness and honesty. She put me at ease both times and I never felt pressure, which I appreciate. I often recommend Hertz to others because I feel like they are unlike other car dealerships in all the positive ways!

Kailey Stratton was absolutely fantastic to work with! She listened to what I wanted and made sure it fit my budget. Her team behind her was easy to work with as well and made sure what I left with fit my family both the vehicle and financials. They were quick to get us on the road for a field trip for Easter holiday.

Great car buying experience. I would say the best I have had. Very friendly staff, no pressure sale in my experience. Jonathan was helpful and patient taking time to answer all my questions. They offered me a good deal when I chose to buy, when I went to the finance department Mark worked it into an even better deal. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a vehicle.
