I had an outstanding experience at Hesser Toyota purchasing my 2025 Land Cruiser. I worked with Jacob Trickey, and he was an excellent sales executive—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. The entire process felt smooth and transparent from start to finish. I also appreciated how seamless the financing portion was. The finance person was just as professional, and at no point did I feel pressured or experience any of the bait-and-switch tactics you sometimes see at other dealerships. Everything was straightforward, honest, and handled with care. Overall, Hesser Toyota made the buying process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend them, and especially Jacob, if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

Buying a car at Hesser Toyota was a pleasant experience all around! My husband and I visited the dealership to test drive the new Camry after test driving other cars that didn’t quite tick off all the boxes for us. Edgar was amazing!! He helped us through the whole process, from navigating all of the features available in different cars to narrowing down what was important to us. He was patient, attentive and gave us as much time as we needed to decide what we ultimately wanted and needed. When we picked up the car, he took the time to walk us through how to operate everything and also checked in later to see how we were liking the car (we love it!). Easy buying experience with the team at Hesser. This is the second Toyota we have purchased from them and they always give us a good trade and deal on a new vehicle.

Pretty positive——no big pressure I felt-I must of taking 4 or 5 different vehicles for test spins. I see they have some pretty clean vehicles on lot. By clean I mean clean-well taken care of vehicles- no junky looking stuff. You never know what will happen with your vehicle 6 months after you buy, no one does but good things start with well maintained vehicles.
