Ryan from service was absolutely amazing! Not only did he help me with my dad’s vehicle, but he also took the extra time to help me with mine. Service at this dealership is not on par with others. You book an appointment, they have open work order with all vehicle & owner information, rather than scan the vehicle when you drive in at the booked time and greet you by name, they ask why you are here? Go figure….This is an easy thing to do and puts customer in frame of mind that this dealer cares Service area is not only cluttered with tires but behind the desk is messy and in need of a good clean up of boxes/stuff. State of chipped desk & cupboards sets customer thinking why did I bring my new car here. When waiting for service, customer expectation is it will be completed within time they say, unfortunately this has not been my experience over several visits.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Heuvelmans Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. I'm not from the area and, on the very first stretch of a three-week road trip, my rear hatch started acting up. Ryan and Taven in the service department had a look, diagnosed possible issues, and came up with a viable solution. They also took the time to show me how to switch between the different power hatch modes so I can adjust it properly when I get home. That extra level of care made all the difference. Ryan and Taven are a great example of what community service should look like. They made me feel genuinely welcome, treated me like a local, and set the gold standard for how Chevrolet dealerships should take care of people. Thanks again for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
