Today my husband and I purchased our first EV Cadillac and I couldn’t be happier. Julio was pure perfection! From start to finish he was professional, relatable, and very knowledgeable. Julio made our first time buying a Cadillac very seamless and set the bar high. The constant communication was a win but he exceeded my expectations. From the pre approval process, to the videos of the vehicles they had in stock, test driving, then the final steps. What I appreciated most was the modeling during the test drive. He showed me how to operate everything from the car settings to the power charger. Not to mention he even gave us his contact information for any additional questions. Top tier!!!! I was very pleased and impressed with Michael in service. He helped my elderly mother in law, I listened to the whole conversation and he was patient and helped her figure out what she needed.

Bought a 2025 Escalade from here and had the best experience. Every other dealer I talked to they didn’t take me serious because of my age. Called, spoke with Luke. Told him exactly the stock number I wanted and where I needed to be numbers wise. We took a 1 day break and went back at it to both get a fair deal. Luke, Bruce and Jon were very helpful. I was on a time crunch and needed a quick turn around coming from out of town and they did that. When I need to purchase another car I will absolutely look here first. Quick, easy, hassle free.
