Came in first for my wife and Julio did a FANTASTIC JOB helping her get a Cadillac EV and it was such great experience that I just HAD to buy another vehicle with him. My Brand New GMC 2500 looks great! Come to Heyward Allen and ask for JULIO he really does go above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and I’d recommend him to ANYONE!

It was one of the worst experience that my wife and I had! We drove almost an hr away and right away because we noticed a price of a Sierra 1500, however, according to the finance manager “it was an error by a third party”. He did not want to honor the discount that we noticed! False advertisement it’s exactly what they did. Sales person(Sam) was great and honest with us, finance manager in other hand, absolutely not. He couldn’t even explained himself on how it happened, couldn’t even take ownership of “the third party error”. See pictures, everyone. EDIT 05/29/2026: Spoke to sales manager today and he put it towards on us. Was just saying that he wouldn’t want to do business with us if we want to do this because of a transaction”, even when the previous manager messaged us that the third party was able to pay the difference of the discount, see picture. Also, because we were still interested, i told him to send me the out the door price , and several hours have past and nothing. So again, they can’t keep their promise. The fact that they actually did not take us serious, is amusing to us. This branch office really needs to fix their customer service culture.

Had the pleasure of working with Maks and Josef yesterday on a deal. Traded in my old sierra for a new one. They gave me the best deal by far. To the point where i drove from Charleston SC and it was worth every mile. Great experience!
