Hey. Went to the Drummondville dealership and had the worst experience. Got the run around wasn't taken seriously. Was told don't want my car and pretty much got zero interest. When a few days earlier I got a message saying that they wanted to see my trade in and was interested? I then drive an hour to get there “by the way” and get this for service? Not very impressed! I will purchasing my new vehicle at Drummondville Toyota. Where I was met with a smile and wanted my business. Very friendly atmosphere. Your loss my gain!!
My wife and I went for an suv advertised at this specific local, and when we inquired about it was told that it wasn't at that location. Our sales person was not very enthusiastic to help us, but were bombarded by 3 sales persons trying to sell a vehicle double our budget. We went to Hyundai, Trois-Rivieres, and our sales agent, James, was interest in us being happy, and recorded another sale for it.
