Where do I start… I started dealing with this dealership about 2 years ago. Went well for the first 6 to 8 months and then things went south. All of this rating is on the service side and not related to sales which I have not dealt with. Long story short, had to redo tire balancing 3 times, alignment 2 times and still had issues. Each time, they admit previous alignment and tire balancing showed flaws. This caused my tires to most likely worn not properly and will cause me to change tires quicker. I had to go to another garage to get things done properly. I will also add the lack of follow ups, always had to call back to follow up (Still waiting after 3 plus weeks for one still and this includes a call back from the Service Manager!). So sad to see my good experience with them go sideways so fast… They lost a client, my prinlem was resolved elsewhere with the proper expertise. P.S. Also, I wonder how many reviews are true 5 stars when clients are asked for 5 star reviews when it’s time to pay for a 10$ discount off their bill…

Super disappointed in service assistance for my Elantra collision insurance claim. No one called me back to ensure good communication and process. I thought since I purchased my vehicle with them they would ensure good service & communication but that was not the case.
