Best service ever . I had experience whit Mazda, Hyundai and Audi and is not even close to the service provide by Infiniti Blainville. I was towed to the dealer whit my infiniti qx30, drop the key and they just called me to informe about the car problem, cost and when I can pick it up. Best service ever. Thank you guys

This is purely a review on the business & the mechanics and does not reflect on the performance of the agent that took care of me. I also want to mention that I've been to multiple different infiniti dealerships and this was by far the worst experience I've had so far. P.S. sorry in advance for any spelling or grammar mistakes. First of all, I booked an appointment expecting quick service (since I'm only changing tires). Why else book an appointment? Little did I know the place was overbooked and my wait time exceeded 4 hours....for a tire change + alignment. I usually service with HGregoire Infiniti Laval (hands down the best infiniti dealership I've been to...so far) and never got over 2 hours. Secondly, the only reason I visit a dealership for tire change is due to some stories I heard from friends about private garages that are not careful with mags and often drop them. Which of course chips or cracks them. Well guess what? The unprofessional mechanics dropped one of my mags and chipped it……and didn't even advise me. I had to find out by myself after getting home. (Left a picture with the comment) Thirdly, when I received the bill to pay, I immediately went over to the receptionist to pay it since I was late due to extremely slow service. I had to wait in line since a “non” customer (friend probably) was flirting with the receptionist and ignored customers. The 4th reason is stupid but I think it needs a mention. When I first got to the dealership, there were no receptionists, employees,....empty store without help. Extremely unprofessional dealership. I had to figure out for services, you need to bring the car in yourself. For those reasons, I definitely don't recommend this specific dealership to handle your cars. Will be my first and last time I set foot there. The mechanics are not honest, poor management, poor booking system, not professional at all.

I had an outstanding experience with this dealership! Faustos knowledge, patience, and professionalism was impressive. They listened to my needs and provided helpful recommendations without being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy an Infiniti !!!

Very pleased with Infinity Blainville. The customer service we received was Excellent! They gave us what we wanted and were very attentive with us. 5 stars
