Service and staff were excellent. Tino and Geneviève both guided me very clearly and with confidence throughout the whole deal. They stayed open 45 minutes after closing time to conclude everything and take their time with me. They even delivered the car to my place the very next day! Basically from the reviews. It's either spammy or unprofessional when a car isn't in their inventory or not being transparent from day one on cars that are ridiculously cheap..but great reviews on cars they already have and move . The issue here is they have no idea how to maximize sales and anyone coming in any movement whether good or bad are potential leads. For me I inquired on cars and I was told to come in and find solutions for me. None of the cars i spoke about they had in inventory. They are quite far from me. They are sale -centric not customer centric. Lots of bla blah , lots of bs. Will talk to you as if they care, they don't. If you go make sure they have the vehicle on lot before you make a purchase.

Dishonest and Unprofessional – Complete Waste of Time I scheduled an appointment the day before to see a car that had been sitting on your lot for over 60 days. I was told the vehicle was available and even received multiple appointment reminders. After driving two hours each way with my entire family, including two kids, I arrive to find out the car had a deposit placed on it earlier that morning. Then I inquired about another car—also listed for over 60 days—and surprise, that one magically had a deposit on it too. Neither vehicle was marked as pending or sold on your website. That is completely unacceptable for a dealership of any caliber, let alone one carrying the Nissan name. I’ve read other reviews describing the same shady practice, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. You wasted my time, my money, and my trust. To the manager and owner: Don’t waste your time posting the same empty apology you leave on every negative review. Don’t ask me to call you. My appointment was July 24 at 7:05 PM, and you have my contact information in your system. If you care about customer experience, fix your broken system. When a deposit is placed on a vehicle, it should be marked unavailable immediately. We didn’t drive for hours after a long day just to be lied to and strung along. If this is your definition of business, it’s disgraceful.
