Hibbing Chrysler Center

Our 2021 Jeep Renegade broke down recently. We called Waschke in Virginia (we purchased our jeep there) and they couldn’t even look at it for at least three weeks! Decided to give Hibbing Chrysler a try even though it is a bit out of our way. Sarah was wonderful to talk to and went above and beyond to get our Jeep in the next day. It was diagnosed and fixed the next day (all covered under power train warranty, thank goodness!). Fast forward two days… same problem came right back. Again called and talked to a different person in service. Very respectful, kind and told us to bring it right back and apologized. It was diagnosed the next day, took a day to get the part and a day to install. We picked it up right after that, all fixed, all covered by the warranty, and just like new! We didn’t even know our warranty was still in effect, so we were delightfully surprised. Hibbing Chrysler and their staff went above and beyond expectations for us. It’s now been a few weeks and our Jeep is still running absolutely perfect. We will definitely consider purchasing our next vehicle here. Thank you all again and again!

Bought a 04 Silverado 1500 WT 4x4 from them before winter. I believe it was Donnie that got me in it and he was very upfront and honest about the trucks condition. Very rusty with some issues but engine was and still is solid and due to the condition wasn’t put through the shop. I’ve put 10k miles on it and all it needed was chasing some electric gremlins, a solenoid valve in the transmission, and some frame welding to make it mechanically mint

These guys only care about money. They sold me a car that had issues not disclosed to me or anywhere on the cars info, the engine light came on not even 24 hrs after purchasing and would do that even after resetting it so I know they were resetting it before selling it. Will never buy another car from these guys.

As someone who has done business with Hibbing Chrysler Center for the past 14 years, I have to say I am appalled by the behavior of the owner. Hibbing is a small town and the small businesses have always worked well together, supported each other. This evidently is not the case with HCC any longer. Giving the staff the directive to no longer sell parts or do services for a local business because of his personal feelings is BAD BUSINESS . Of course it will impact HCC's financials, but more importantly it does not make customers happy to know that they refuse to support local businesses. Having to explain to customers that their vehicle will need to be taken out of town for something that would have been done locally makes them question why. I will not lie or sugar coat my responses to their questions. Mr Jones, you are a business owner and in my opinion you are not making good business decisions.

Everytime I need my Ram serviced it is always a good experience. Courteous staff and knowledgeable personnel. They were able to get me in same day and repaired quickly when I had a breakdown, can't say enough good things how they have treated me over last 5 years.
