Terrible customer service and security. Had SUV in for an oil change and electrical issue. Techs cycled my vehicle into maintenance bay then back out to parking lot to complete remaining maintenance next day. Tech didn’t lock the doors and SUV was rummaged through overnight. Estimated $1,000 worth of items stolen. The service manager stated that it’s not Hickman’s responsibility for vehicles parked on “their” lot. Said it was no different than parking at Avalon Mall. To which I responded, I have never given my keys to workers at Avalon Mall. Beware of items in your cars / trucks & I would never trust this bunch with a wheel barrow let alone a car. Clowns.

Purchased a low km used mazda 3 here and I was told there is nothing wrong with the car. The vehicle came inspected but in a short period it needed control arm bushings,brakes,sway bar end links, struts,shocks,tires etc. The mechanic i brought it to told me the car must have been sitting for more than the 1 or 2 years for like they had said. More like 5 years or more was his response, the mechanic went on to explain if the car has a fuel leak in the tank on top it would be more than a year or two for it to leak. Apparently according to a mazda tech these cars are notorious for leaks on top of the fuel tank and that the car defiantly was leaking gas the whole time I owned based on the stains on the tank itself...I was driving a car with a leaking fuel tank for a year without knowing it lol.

My husband has a Chevy Cruze Premiere, and today we added a Chevy Trailblazer to our yard. I have to give a huge shout out to Mandy, and Roger for all of their help, and professionalism. They both went the extra step to ensure everything went smoothly, and promptly. We have never had an issue with the service we received when bringing the Cruze in for maintenance/checkups. Which also played a huge piece of choosing Chevy again. I took delivery of my vehicle today, even the people I met along the way were a pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend. Just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Hickman Chevrolet from Bobby Squires. He could tell I was nervous as this is my first time buying a vehicle and took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood everything going on and I was comfortable with my new vehicle. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. As well as Leah in the financial department was extremely nice and great to work with. Couldn’t have had a better first time buying experience, very happy with my new 2021 Trailblazer!

I usually don't write up reviews and to be upfront, I do not like dealing with car dealerships, but I will make an exception in this case. My son and I went in to Hickman's just to browse around and did have a few questions about the Cadillac XT-4. The receptionist put me in touch with Bobby Squires, he took the time to answer all our questions and what I liked was his attitude and no pressure approach. We did go back the next day for a test drive and ended up buying a new vehicle from Bobby and once again he went over every feature of the vehicle and has kept in contact after the sale. Excellent professionalism and a pleasure to deal with! Also on the financial side Melissa Styles gave us exceptional service...giving us all the information and letting us decide what options to go with, they are a great team! A definite recommend!
