Everytime I had brought my vehicle to this location there has been a mishap. From changing incorrect filter required and then costing extra for replacing the one that did not need replacement. Then two other times I had brought my vehicle in for tire rotation and ironically had a slow leak in the tire and a cracked rim few days later along with failing to correct tire pressure on display screen

I have had great experiences to speak of at the Hickman Carbonear deadership for my Silverado truck services. Courtious staff and timely quality work completed. Great job all.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change is a little ridiculous, after an hour waiting I was told that they were a litte behind and my vehicle was next. An hour later I was told my vehicle will be ready in in about 25 minutes. Next oil change will be somewhere else, until my warranty is up.
