Brought truck in to check “rumble strip” noise while driving. Couldn’t find anything wrong. Said,”Keep it in 2wd”. Torque converter destroyed 100Km later, which took out the transmission. These guys aren’t competent.
Amazing dealership that goes out of their way to help customers and "come from aways," alike. I can't stress how great Hickman has been while I was visiting for several months.
