Do not go here they will put you in a horrible car that has problems and then act like they are doing you a favor by putting you in another car that has problems, but if it’s not broke down on the side of the road, they won’t do anything about it. I have two motor shops, one of which is certified Toyota stating that the internal workings of the motor is falling apart, and they would not even give me my money back with me, offering for them to take some off of top. Don’t trust them at all.

I went here with my son . We had our vehicle stolen while in Maryland visiting relatives , so this is the place we chose to get the new vehicle as the one that was stolen was totalled. Everyone here is very friendly , they got my son through the paperwork very quickly . At the end of it though we left very happy with our " new to us " vehicle . We had an issue with the vehicle and they came right away , they got us going , we came back here and they put a brand new battery in the vehicle that has a 2 yr warranty. We will do business with them again . I appreciate a well run business .

I recently bought a 2016 Hyundai Accent from the man that runs Highlander. Not only is he super friendly and nice but he actually cares whether you’re satisfied or not. The same day I drove that car off the lot my AC compressor went out. I was stressed thinking I would have to go through the Summer with no AC knowing how hot and humid it can get. Plus nobody wants to get a new (to me) car and something major go wrong! I emailed him about this. Not only was he willing to fix it but he WANTED to. The second I drove that car off that lot his job was done. He didn’t have to fix this but he did. He paid for the labor and the part in full and was happy to do so. I couldn’t believe that. My family and I will absolutely go back there when we need another vehicle!

Got several lemons from them after putting a down payment on my original car I want being told nothing was wrong but the heat replaced the thermostat and it really started overheating put it in there personal car shop waited weeks for it to be fixed driving a loaner I had to carry a portable battery charger to start when I finally got my car back I broke down riding down the interstate didn't even make it home so I got put in another car because they refused to give me all my money back and I needed it for another car so I let them put me.in something else that has a bad transmission and wheel bearing and Axel once again they have not been willing to accommodate me but 1400 to get everything fixed myself therefore I have a lemon clause lawsuit in progress...... Terrible business and cars I won't return
