# Summary This dealership receives polarized reviews, with customers praising the service department's competence and friendliness while others report questionable business practices including overcharging for repairs, selling incorrect parts, and refusing to provide customer information. Concerns about diagnostic integrity, parts quality, and transparency have led some customers to seek service elsewhere, though others credit the facility with resolving complex vehicle issues efficiently.
We have a 2018 Ram. When we brought it to them in May of 2023 it had 100,000 miles. Wanted belt, hoses and all fluid changed with OEM parts. Paid $2000. Fast forward August 2025 and 30,000 more miles. Heater hose blows apart middle of no where Wyoming. Grace of god a man took my husband to get the part and antifreeze. Looking at the old hose it’s dated 2018. Called Troy and he tried to convince me that OEM parts do sit on shelves for 5+ years. Having no trust for shops to do the job husband replaces belt and remaining hoses. Find that the belt was seriously warned and not replaced either. After reading posts here it seems to be their thing.
TL;DR: I was scammed. Not on a car, but on a key for my car. After that, they tried to pull another one on me before I walked out. Went here a couple-ish weeks ago because I needed another ignition key for my 2006 Dodge Magnum. I own a pretty expensive programmer, just needed an ignition key. I gave them my VIN number, title, registration, and my ID. They proceeded to cut and sold me a door only key (no chip for ignition). I didn't realize this until I got home and took a closer look at the key. Shame on me for not inspecting the key inside the store I guess. I am confused though because I know I specifically asked for an ignition key. It does get worse from unfortunately. I also asked the guy for the PIN code to my transponder module. I was told that I was not allowed to have it. I was dumbfounded because I own this car in full, and I showed him proof. It doesn't make sense that I'm not allowed to know the PIN code to my own car. He told me I should tow it to him and he will do it for me. Sounded pretty scammy to me so I walked out after that. And then proceeded to go straight to the dealership in the next town over. Waterville. The nice guy in the Waterville location gave me the pin code no problem. All he asked for was my registration and my ID. That was it. I was out the door in 5-8 minutes. If this is how they do business with a simple car key transaction, I can only IMAGINE what they do when you try to buy a car from them. I will not be returning and will always take my business to the Waterville location.
This dealer is what dealers should be like. They are very nice and the service department is great. Prices are very far.i would recommend them to anyone that is looking for work to be done.
They're money hungry. They don't actually fix or diagnose anything if vehi Le is under warranty. Have had numerous issues on my vehicle only for them to tell me something a 4th grader would try to say. For a dealership they're very unprofessional and very under qualified for the work they do
The service dept is great. I had been having random issues with my jeep, and it had been to other shops multiple times, for weeks at a time. Jeff and his crew, took it in for diagnosis, gave it back to me and scheduled the repair. And even the repair only took a half day. Very happy
