We had a great experience purchasing our new Mazda. From the very beginning, the communication was straightforward and responsive with no run around or pressure. Based on past experiences shopping for cars, we expected the process to take several days or even a week, but they made everything simple and clear from the start and reassured us we were getting the best deal possible. The buying process itself was also surprisingly quick, taking only a few hours from start to finish. They took the time to walk us through the full setup process and explain where everything was located on the screens and controls instead of rushing us out the door. Arturo Pena was especially personable and easy to work with, and after our experience we completely understand why he came so highly recommended. He even took the extra step of writing us a personal handwritten note congratulating us on our new purchase, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and memorable.

This weekend, I had a really good experience with Hiley Mazda in general and Charlee in particular. I spoke with Charlee Friday afternoon and set up an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. Charlee was great! She had everything ready the moment I walked in. The test drive was enjoyable. No high pressure sales, no hyping up features I could care less about, just letting me drive the car and chit chatting about whatever. When we got back to the dealership, we talked numbers, trade-in value, etc.. The long and short of it is I drove home with a new car. I really enjoyed working with Charlee. It was one of the most relaxed and genuinely friendly experiences I've had buying a vehicle. I would definitely recommend her, and visiting Hiley Mazda. This was my first visit and I'm sure it won't be my last.

Great experience working with Tim, he was very honest and helpful, there wasn’t a question he was unable to answer. So friendly, and talked us through the whole process. Worked with us to negotiate the best price in all of DFW for the CX-50 hybrid. Absolutely love the car itself with every feature we wanted and even a bonus we didn’t think came in our trim!!
