I had a great experience at Hiley Volks Wagon! I came in wanting a Tiguan but as soon as i saw the Atlas I knew that was the car for my family. Rocky ran the numbers and took all my factors into consideration. He made the whole process seamless and quick! I could ask for a better experience!

Jason was very helpful; we've all had bad experiences at dealerships yet he made us very comfortable and literally took care of us and worked hard. Also his finance manager Lidiette was very nice and helpful as well. I was afraid to walk into the finance managers doors but she worked with us a lot and helped us very much. It was a 6 hr drive and if I ever need another car I will definitely choose this place again.

Great experience. I’ve probably purchased about six cars and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Rocky was awesome and was not only personable, but knew everything that I needed to know. He walked me through the entire finance process as well as showing me every detail I can want on my new car. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Extremely disappointed with their service bought brand new Tiguan from them back in July went for first service where they had to do simple oil change but who knew they can’t even do the job properly. If you are buying your vehicle here don’t go for their services better look else where. As you can see from the pics next service is due on 11/26 but oil level shows really low on status menu.
