As someone who works on my own vehicles, I have a hard time trusting shops. I brought my Jeep in here for a set of tires, and everything was done in a reasonable time at a great value after comparing prices several places. I was kept well informed of the timeline, and the next day the service manager reached out to make sure everything went well. In a small town great service goes a long way, and Hillsboro CDJR has no shortage there.

Had my first service at Hillsboro Jeep and I am well pleased! I was almost at the point of purchasing another type vehicle, even though I very much enjoyed driving my 392, due to the uncanny and unprofessional attitudes I received from Westgate and SportsDurst throughout the 9 years I’ve owned a Jeep. Westgate and SportsDurst failed in all areas when it came to keeping the customer informed, longer wait times for servicing my vehicle, and appointments. I had been told by both Westgate and SportsDurst that “when an appointment is made” it does not mean you’ll be serviced at that time.” It did not happen like that at Hillsboro Jeep. Hillsboro Jeep has shown me professionalism and servicing in a timely manner. This just may have made me rethink getting rid of my Jeep altogether. Hats off to Venita for her exceptional work in keeping me informed and making me feel welcomed. Venita went above and beyond keeping me updated with infor regarding the status of my vehicle. Other employees always greeted me in passing. The customer service area is clean. What a wonderful experience! I look forward to doing business with Hillsboro Jeep in the near future. Thank you!

Hands down, the best new vehicle purchase experience. ZERO confusion, stress, pressure or false promises. From my salesman JP, to the sales manager Ted, business manager Justin and parts manager Greg. It doesn’t seem to matter who you are dealing with, when you are there in person, on the phone or email / text. They are all wonderful, professional people. Absolutely worth the drive out of Concord to conduct business with them. With a team like this, I am sure I will find the service department to be the same.
