Excellent personalized customer service as always. Literally ordered my new Escape from a Pub/Restaurant in London while on a trip. I was in the market to take advantage of Fords employee pricing over the last few months. I am picky, so I was looking for a specific build of an F150 but I did not want to order one and wait 3 months or so for it. I spoke to several dealerships and even test drove a few.
