Bought a Honda HRV about two weeks ago. My experience was very good thanks to Chris! I was very direct and he was very transparent. He did not waste my time. His charismatic personality was also important during the process. I have dealt with other salesmen from other dealerships and none compare to Chris! He also responds to any questions that you have in regards to the car at any time, even after the purchase. 100% would recommend.

I wanted to write this review because I have never had such a smooth experience buying a car. My salesman was Rahat and let me just say you won’t be disappointed!! I came in with a disaster from another dealership and was extremely stressed and didn’t know what other options I had. Rahat sat down with me and he listened to all of my concerns about the hell I went through with another dealership and what my end result was and what we can do. Throughout the whole process he was very professional, reassuring everything will work out and kept me in the loop through the whole process! My end result was exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier!!! My new Honda is amazing and I’m stress free!!! Everyone in the office was extremely nice and just made my experience great!!! I will definitely be back in the future and deal with Rahat again I highly recommend him!!!!

My experience started online when I saw a vehicle I liked. I called to make an appointment for test drive on the next day at three P.M. when I get there Driving all the way from Long Island. They told me the vehicle somebody paid down payment or some money to separate the vehicle for them. I felt disappointed because I drove all the way. Just for that vehicle. When we get to the Manager to see if there is any other vehicle, he show us a different vehicle that I have there. He want me to put $500 down to separate the vehicle for me to see the next week. The vehicle had some issues and his scratches because he showed me the photos quickly. It did not felt good from the Manager. I don’t think he should be even working there because he don’t know anything about Customer service. I’m real disappointed and he decline to negotiate the price of the vehicle because he said “we sell too many cars. We don’t negotiate with customers“. I did like the sales person that was trying to helping us, but I’m pretty sure they could do better.
