I wish I could rate this business a zero. I rarely leave reviews unless an experience is exceptional or truly terrible, and unfortunately, my time with Hillside was the latter. I will not be returning. ​Only two days after purchasing my vehicle, I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working. Living an hour away, I repeatedly asked Tim and Mark for help getting it repaired under warranty. They promised to find a mechanic near my home to save me the drive, but they never followed through. ​As a teacher, I tried to use my Spring Break to bring the car to their shop, only to find their employees were on vacation. When I finally brought the car in later, they told me they couldn’t fix it. Tim eventually referred me to a different shop, which required me to borrow another vehicle and have family members follow me just to drop the car off. ​To make matters worse, I was told my warranty 'copay' would be $100. Instead, I was stuck with a bill for nearly $400. Despite the AC being broken at the time of purchase, Tim stated they were not responsible and refused to help. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
