10/10 experience! Derrica was the BEST saleswoman!! I contacted her at 11am and 12 hours later we were owners of two beautiful new fords. From securing the deal to sitting with our 3 year old while we signed papers, she did it all. Derrica really went above and beyond for us and deserves everything good in the world! 🩷 Not only did Hixson give us so much more than any other dealership for our trades, they made the note that we wanted happen (when every other dealership we went to couldn’t!!) and even stayed until 11pm for us to purchase these vehicles. The entire team is so knowledgeable and friendly. We will be returning customers!!

I only came in for my sister to find a new vehicle, never guessed I’d leave with a brand new car!! I have to say if you’re looking for a team that works around you this is the place! Thank you for everyone for staying late to accommodate our recent purchase of our Gorgeous Expedition that we are in love with! First time we purchased locally and will not go back to online purchasing a vehicle again. From my awesome sales lady to the finance manager a special thank you for staying so late for us! Had a great sales experience. The salesperson was extremely helpful. He has answered several questions after the sale. I was not happy when I got to finance. After the sale and when I got home I was going over the papers and realized I was sold several services without asking if I was interested in them or given the option to decline them. Update, Hixson Ford Alexandria contacted me the next day. They were extremely helpful in making sure I was satisfied. Everything has been corrected. I would recommend Hixson Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
