Hixson Ford Leesville

My husband and I started out on our retirement travel journey and soon found out that the vehicle we started out with, would NOT hold up to the towing that we were going to put it through. While staying in Leesville (we are from Tennessee) we found Hixson Ford to be TOP NOTCH in all aspects of business. From Nancy, (our first contact and full of smiles) to Chris, (our salesman and very knowledgeable), to DJ (Sales Manager, very cooperative), to Shane (Finance - found the best financial fit) to Ford Motor Company - producing the Ford F150 TREMOR, we are completely and utterly satisfied with all decisions and experiences from that day and so on. They truly treat you like you are family!!!! A+++++

They are very nice and very helpful. They went above and beyond to get me in this car. They were absolutely a God sent. I had went from kinder to sulphur all over Lake Charles and nothing. They were the last place I went to and this was the last car that I looked at. I still feel like I'm dreaming and I'm going to wake up at any time and it all just be a dream. I absolutely have no complaints at all. I would recommend Hixson Ford in Leesville to any one.

From the moment I pulled up, until the time I left, I was treated like the Queen of England. I was firstly welcomed by Jay, who took the time to hear my stressed and lengthy rant /wants/needs from a vehicle with my less than perfect credit. We went inside where I was greeted by everyone and even throughout the process of talking, there was a woman in this next cubicle who saw my anxiety flair and explained what something meant. Woman to woman, moments like this are top tier. Jay worked fervently, asking all sorts of questions, both him and Mr. DJ were walking in and out of the area asking several more questions. Even the finance officer made this process such a breeze, and he was lighthearted and made us feel even more secure. Jay really cared for what I was asking and I felt heard and understood and Mr.Dj pulled a Hail Mary!! Wouldn’t you know, I left with an incredible car, tailored to my budget, all the bells and whistles….. Brand New!!!!! I’ve never had a brand new car in my whole life, I’m 40. What an incredible feeling!!! And all of this was possible because Jay, and the entire crew at Hixon. Thank you so much, please don’t ever change!!

This was the worst sales experience of my entire life. So I bailed. But listen, I’m the guy who walked onto a car lot in Houston and drove off with a new jeep, paid the sticker, accepted the crazy financing offer. I only went in because I liked the color. Point is: I’m a sure thing. I don’t haggle, I just nod and sign on the line and I’m happy about it. My wife has forbidden me from going to car lots unsupervised. And so, for Hixson to make me so annoyed that I walk is like missing a three point shot into the freaking Grand Canyon. Sales guy didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t ask our names. We told him we wanted a crossover. Brand new. Instead of walking us around and selling the dream, he took us to his office (where my wife figured out his name from the business cards on his desk). He tells us he has something that fits what we are looking for and then goes and brings up a truck. That’s like going to the pet store for a puppy and being given three ferrets with rabies. Anyway, I point out that the suv looks quite a bit like a truck. Sales guy says trucks are just like a suv with a bed. This guy has no business selling cars. Maybe he could work in the back washing them or something. Manager came out to try to save it, but frankly, when you consider that a ninety year old man in an iron lung could have sold me a car at retail; well, even I have standards. I didn’t think I did, but hey, looks like I do. We drove to Walker in Alexandria and spent 30k. Didn’t haggle. Maybe that makes us dumb. But not as dumb as Hixon for blowing a sale that should have impossible to blow. If you are thinking of going here. Don’t bother. Unless you love ineptitude or need a giggle.
