Chris Little greeted me at the door (prearranged) and we went to his office and everything was laid out as we had planned. He made the process so quick, easy, and as planned. We all know the car buying process can take hours, if not all day, but not with Chris. He had the two cars that I was interested in ready to test drive right at the front door waiting. We drove the first one, which was my preferred car and I told him that was the one. No haggling price as we had done that over the phone ahead of time. Finance was quick and easy. In and out super fast. He even followed me home as I had driven there in another car and I gave him a ride back.I suggest doing what you can ahead of time and highly suggest Chris Little to get it done in a expeditious time and be on your way happy and less than usual time at the dealership haggling over price, terms, etc. All promises made were promises kept. Went to purchase a vehicle on a Friday night around 5pm. Signed last paperwork with finance about 10:15pm. Was a long evening. Everything was pretty straightforward for the most part. Typical financing sales tactics but we got the deal worked out. Salesman Nyle was with us the whole day and showed us all the features of the vehicle.
