Hoehn Honda Carlsbad

I’ve been working with Palan as my salesperson, and he has been amazing. I highly recommend coming to see him he always does his best to help customers and find great deals. I’ve changed cars with Palan about five times, and every time he has met my needs. He consistently goes above and beyond and always does an outstanding job.

When I was researching the purchase of my Honda CR-V Hybrid, I ran across Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad. I liked their price and a friend mentioned they are a great dealership. Being in Los Angeles, I took the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner from Union Station down to Oceanside where my salesperson, Mark Thomas, picked me up. Mark mentioned they don’t work on commission, which made sense since I didn’t experience any pressure in my purchase experience. This is my third new Honda (two Fits before this) and I am very happy with it. Although I did a lot of research beforehand, Mark pointed out some features I wasn’t aware of and I was glad to be in the hands of a veteran car guy. I recommend Hoehn Honda and, if you are in LA, enjoy the trip down the coast in you take the Pacific Surfliner!

Daniel was very accommodating. I was 30 minutes late and he greeted me with a smile and helped me instantly, as well as offering a ride. He went to my car and retrieved my laptop and lunch as I chose to wait and work in the very comfortable waiting area, and my annual service was completed in a timely manner.
