Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, low-pressure, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. A special shout-out as well to Eddie in the office, who walked us through all of the paperwork. He was organized, patient, and made sure we understood everything clearly before signing. These two made the process seamless, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Exceptional customer service all around. We couldn't be happier with our new car and would highly recommend Hoffman Audi to anyone looking for a first-class car-buying experience.

After reading the great reviews of Hoffman Audi, I was hoping to have a similar experience as others. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. I was transparent from the beginning in letting this dealership know that I had a complicated situation in which I wasn’t sure if I would be able to purchase a car but still wanted to see what my options were. I completed an online application and was told that I got approved for a specific car I had expressed interest about. I was told that I would be contacted either that night or the following day to confirm everything was cleared to move forward. As it got closer to the end of the second day, I took it upon myself to call and was told the car I was approved for got sold because I didn’t put down a deposit (yet I was never asked to put down a deposit because no one called me back as I was told they would). The following day I was pressured in person to make a decision about another car that was recommended to me that I wasn’t interested in. I put a deposit down just in case for the second car and later decided I didn’t want to move forward with that car. It took an entire week of me calling and texting to receive my deposit back. I was also told that they were looking at another car for me but was never told what that car was. In the meantime, I had found 4 other cars on my own that I was potentially interested in at a different location and communicated this with the team here. While I knew my application wasn’t as straightforward as others, I was hoping to still feel like a customer. Unfortunately, I felt like most of the guys here did not take me seriously and therefore did not do everything possible to make this a positive experience for me. I had great luck communicating with Mena, however, she does not work directly in the office so most of her efforts were lost due to the lack of communication between those working in the office. The only reason I’m not rating lower than three stars is because all of the sales consultants I spoke with (especially Amaury) were pleasant in general. I just wish they treated all customers the same without prejudgements. Thankfully, I was able to get approved in less than 24 hours an another dealership.

My experience at Hoffman Audi in East Hartford was truly a 5 star experience! We worked with Peter and could not have been happier. Peter is knowledgeable, responsive and respectful of our time! I peppered him with many questions in the days following the purchase and he was always quick to respond. He was able to locate the exact car I wanted and the day of signing was seamless and smooth! I would highly recommend Hoffman Audi of East Hartford and working with Peter!

Very happy I went to Hoffman to have work done on my car. What started out as some simple work, quickly turned into a lot more than expected. Sifaat was the guy there that went above and beyond and helped me the whole time. Much praise to him and I have a place I can trust if I need anything in the future.
