The best and easiest car buying experience. The salesman, Hayden, was there to answer questions but was not pressuring us to buy anything. When we decided on to buy, the process was very fast and smooth from start to finish. A couple days later we received a follow up email from Hayden making sure that we were still satisfied and that he was there to answer any questions. We are definitely recommending Hoffman Ford to our friends and family. Next time we need a new car we will likely go to Hoffman first.

Hoffman Ford service took extremely good care of me got my vehicle in. Got the vehicle parts replaced through the warranty and got me back my vehicle in a timely manner. I wish I would’ve bought and had my vehicle serviced with this dealership from the start. Glad you guys could take care of my raptor! I will be taking it here for service going forward thank you! I had been shopping for a specific type of vehicle which I found at Hoffman Ford. I am from out of state and Domingo made me feel welcome and didn’t try to pressure me or feed me any garbage so to speak! I wasn’t planning to buy that day but between Domingo and his manager they made a deal that was attractive to me compared to several other dealers I had been through! Vehicle prep was very good and paperwork was efficient. After the sale Domingo was paramount in helping coordinate the vehicle pick up the next week and even picked me up in his personal vehicle at the airport! Later that day he even checked to make sure I had made it home. Now that is some good customer service which you don’t see a lot of these days! Thanks Domingo and the staff at Hoffman, I would buy another vehicle from you!

Alby helped me find the perfect Bronco Sport. He even went to another dealership to personally pick-up the vehicle I wanted and brought it to Hoffman. He was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles features and took the time to show me how all the controls and navigation features work. I have been taking my 2017 Ford Escape and 2019 Ford Ranger to Hoffman Ford for a few years now. So far, so good. No issues. No complaints as of right now. Would recommend. Will continue to use their services in the future. Reasonable pricing. Only wait for 1 or 2 hours while services are being completed. No issues.
