Lovely experience with the Ford/Lincoln team Peterborough Nick was understanding, patient, and informative for my multiple test drives and questions. They really wanted to ensure that I was getting into a model that suited my lifestyle. Super happy with my Lincoln aviator and the service from Nick. A well supported team with Dean and Luke assisting on my trade in and educating on leasing versus financing options. We will be back!

Excellent customer service when buying my new Dark Horse Mustang, with staff Sam, Adam, and Auriel who made the day for me as I bought my dream car. Second vehicle I have purchased new from Holiday Ford.

Bought a truck Nov 11 2025. My first Fird vehicle. 3 months later on a Saturday morning my window defroster cracked my windshield. Very depressing. Googled this and it seems to be a thing happening. On Monday I went to the dealership to see about it. A woman from the service desk started to take pictures but said she wanted to get the service manager involved He came out and claimed it wouldn’t be covered. I argued differently. Left the dealership and went to Cooper Auto Glass Dave said it was in fact a stress crack. No sign of impact. Quoted me $2900.00 for a replacement. Back to Holiday Ford I go and in to the sale managers office. He still didn’t help. Told him he wasn’t doing his job! Left there furious. In the meantime I had a 3 month review from Ford about my new truck experience. I stated that the truck is good but dealership is far from good. Not impressed with Holiday Ford I told them. Thursday I phone Polito's in Lindsay. Explain everything and say it was denied by service manager. Bonnie said to bring it in. Now I’ve never been to Polito’s or spend money there and they were willing to help. Chris documented the windshield and said he would submit it. I would hear back most likely in 3-4 days. 3-4 hours later Bonnie calls to say my windshield is approved and on order Really. Well thank you. Polito’s did me good! Ford did me good! Holiday Ford did nothing! So Friday morning I’m back in Holiday Ford looking to speak to someone about this service manager. All I got was the assistant service manager. He agreed to reprint my yellow safety sticker at no charge. I am grateful for that. Only the dealership that prepared the sticker can reprint it. Maybe they should promote him to service manager? Told them all my business is going to Polito’s. Still haven’t heard an apology or anything from Holiday Ford. I can drive to Lindsay a lot of times for $2900.00. You can too!

Just took ownership of my new ford escape. Holiday Ford worked so hard to find the car I wanted. It was no easy task as I had a lot of wants. It took a while to find a dealership with all my “needs” but they did it. Great job from all the team. Thanks
