I came from out of state, all the way from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and after calling several dealerships—many of which didn’t even return my calls or answer our questions—I was so grateful to have found Holiday Mazda. Shopping around and comparing prices really pays off—we ended up saving $7,000 compared to other dealerships! From the moment I spoke with Sam Voss, I knew I was going to purchase our vehicle through him. Be sure to ask about the Mazda loyalty program and military veteran discount. Sam was honest, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. It had been a while since I last purchased a vehicle, so I had lots of questions, especially with a trade-in involved. Coming from out of state, I was a bit nervous, but Sam made the entire process straightforward. In the end, we were able to sell our trade-in vehicle prior to finalizing paperwork, which made everything even easier. Working with Eric Valentin in the Finance Department made financing seamless and stress-free. To top it off, Sam even packed some treats for us before we headed home—and we made it out just in time to beat the snowstorm! Overall, this was an amazing car-buying experience. Sam really hustled to find the car I wanted, even going to pick it up himself and coordinating the window tint. This was by the easiest car buying experience ever and I am absolutely in love with my M3 turbo! They respected that I live an hour away from their dealership and made the most of text, emails, and calls so I could do everything in less trips and still walk away feeling well cared for.

Wow, I'm so impressed! After 4 months and about 8 Mazda dealerships, I've made my first Mazda purchase and it was quick, convenient and smooth thanks to Holiday Mazda, Megan and Sam Voss. I text the dealership at about 3:30 a.m. about a vehicle in transit. By 4:30 a.m. Megan was responding to let me know that someone would get back to me to answer my questions when they opened. Shortly before 9 a.m. I heard from Sam Voss who immediately got the ball rolling. He wasted no time getting me the best price and a quick appointment to finalize and pickup my vehicle within 3 days. He also made sure that the options I was looking for were ordered and installed. My experience was ideal. The customer service was amazing and personable. Sam was very considerate of my time and promptly responded to all of my questions. It was an exceptional vehicle purchase experience and Megan and Sam earned Mazda a reset from me. I was not a fan after my earlier experiences trying to purchase my first Mazda but I'd definitely refer others to Sam Voss at Holiday Automotive for a superior Mazda purchase experience!

We researched a lot of vehicles before selecting a Mazda. We narrowed it down to a CX-70 or CX-90 and ultimately decided on the CX-90 in Quartz Platinum. It's beautiful. We worked with Logan and he was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable, paid attention to every detail, answered every question we had, and was attentive and quick to respond. Holiday is out of our area, a 45-minute drive for us, but after meeting with Logan and seeing how the dealership is run, it was an easy choice and well worth the trip. We worked with Taylor in finance, and she was equally as great, very detailed and efficient. She and Logan worked seamlessly together. From the initial greeting at the reception area to the service team, everyone was nice and genuinely seemed grateful for our business. We highly recommend Holiday, Logan, Taylor, and the entire team. Well worth the drive.

We recently visited and subsequently purchased a new vehicle from Holiday Mazda and we are very pleased with the whole experience! After getting the bait and switch from another dealer, we traveled another hour away (total of 2 hours from home) fearing we might get the same treatment. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We called the Holiday regarding a specific vehicle we had seen on line and spoke with Jarrod Hart. He physically checked that the vehicle was indeed there and available before we set out on the additional hour drive. When we arrived the vehicle was waiting for us and Jarrod was gem to work with - pleasant, honest, knowledgeable about the product (and the industry), a real Pro! Highly recommended. We never felt pressure or that games were being played. We had a trade and they worked with us on that to our satisfaction. The finance manager, Donna Speers was also very personable and easy to work with (even though we were paying cash). She got all our paperwork buttoned up with no hassle at all.
