I searched for a car for over a month. I called and inquired online about several cars in the area. My experience buying my Bronco Sport from Hollingsworth Richard’s Ford was by far the best of all of the dealerships I dealt with. Todd was prompt and professional with my quote and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Quinn was beyond helpful with my test drive and sales process. He also didn’t try to not try to hard sell me anything I didn’t want or need. Wes, in finance, was quick and knowledgeable with my loan. I was out of there in a couple of hours. I can’t say enough about how professional this dealership is. Compared to the others i visited over the past month, HRFord was the cleanest and friendliest of them all. I did not feel pressured at any time. They also didn’t spam my phone 24/7 like all of the other dealerships. I am looking forward to dealing with them for all of my maintenance. I recommend them highly if you are looking to buy a car or truck.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the sales floor manager, Marqise Parker, to the financial personnel who finalized the car purchase with a great deal. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and feel that all those involved really worked with me to get a great deal and what I needed in order to get it. Excellent customer service! I’m sorry to hear from other reviews that some did not have the same experience as I did, but from my opinion, and just recently buying a car there 2 days ago, this by far has been the most pleasant dealership I have worked with. The entire sales staff at Hollingsworth Richards Ford were amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Kailey and Tonya on the purchase of a used truck. The entire process was easy and stress free. Tonya was amazing at ensuring that all of my questions were answered, and when it was time to take delivery, Tonya had everything in order, to make the process super easy. As my vehicle was an online purchase it was comforting to find the vehicle exactly as advertised. Tonya had the vehicle prepped for delivery and it was absolutely pristine. I made an 11 hour trip to get my vehicle and my purchase with the Hollingsworth Richard’s staff was completely worth the trip.
